<p>Regulators said the beverage does not have enough nutrients to justify the use of the word &#8220;plus&#8221; in its name. According to the agency, foods labeled &#8220;plus&#8221; must have at least 10 percent more nutrients than comparable products. <p>&#8220;It was unbearable and embarrassing,&#8221; Woods said in a story published in the New York Post on Wednesday. The suit seeks unspecified monetary damages for the plaintiff&#8217;s &#8220;pain, shock and mental anguish.&#8221;</p>
<p>Apparently, the supplement product Enzyte was not involved, and as of our last check, Smiling Bob is still smiling.</p>
