SoBe Lifewater suit settled with Glaceu’s Vitaminwater
The Journal News reports that PepsiCo Inc. has agreed to settle with Glaceu and change the packaging of PepsiCo’s SoBe Life Water. As part of the settlement, PepsiCo agreed to change the label and cap used with SoBe Life Water. Both parties declined to comment on any other specific terms, including whether there was monetary compensation.

SoBe LifeWater is a “vitamin enhanced water beverage” very similar to Glaceau Vitamin Water, except this one has antioxidants as well as vitamins. And just like I thought Vitamin Water was diettrash for having 50 calories per serving [read……
